I bypassed the DB solenoid by clamping the 2 large posts together, so that all four large cables are as one (2 white and 2 green). There are no other wiring changes besides the ones you advised, the #19 yellow wire connection to terminal N, and the speed sensor disconnect, and the charger receptacle B- to pack B-. All else is original. All fuses good.

Might as well check all of the signals needed for the controller to operate.
  • Raise the rear wheels off the ground.
  • Set meter to 200vDC.
  • Put the FNR in Forward.
  • Key Switch ON.

You should have +48v in reference to pack negative or N terminal on controller on the following controller pins:

Red wire - Pin #1 (controller logic Power)
White Wire - Pin #5 (Forward Direction)
Green/White wire - Pin # 8 (When Pedal is pressed)
  • Set your meter to 20vDC

You should get approximate 0v to 5v on from UP to Pedal Down on:
Yellow wire - Pin #9 (Throttle signal)
I assume You have already checked that all of the motor wires were re-connected properly after your motor test.

Eureka !!! Red (pin #1) good V. White (pin #6 on mine) good V. Green/white (pin # good V. Yellow (pin #9) nothing. Traced this back to the 3 pin connector, and found a suspect pin. Fixed this pin and now I have a RUNNING MOTOR !!! So, what I've learned from this is two things;

1) doesn't matter how thoroughly you think you checked, check it all again.

2) you guys are AWESOME !http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/image...s/thumbsup.gif
