The wiring are probably adapter kits use with another cart like EZ-Go. If what you got on your cart will fit into the plug receptacles you won't need the adapters. I have no idea about the 6 pin connector. The sw might be for mode selection. Double check all of this with whomever you bought the kit from.

You are going to need to use the wiring harness that that will accept your Precedent harness, that will become clear when you get into it. Hook the solenoid the exact same way you take your existing one apart. The switch could be the mode 1 and mode 2 switch. It also looks as though you maybe short one harness extension for the 4 pronged port plug, which doesn't affect the operation of the controller or cart, but when it comes to reprogramming it you will not be able to do it through the factory diagnostic port.

You are most likely going to use the one with the 6 pin connector since that is the speed sensor.

Here is the manual for the Curtis 1268 controller:

http://curtisinstruments.com/Uploads...l%2812D%29.pdf

The biggest unknown will be how the controller is currently programmed.

Please read the manual, that is a very powerful and complex controller that offer many programming options, unfortunately there is no free user program to modify or even check the settings.

The "Achilles heel" of those controllers seems to be the solenoid activation circuit.

Pay extra attention when connecting the main solenoid back, specially the polarity of the diode that goes across the small solenoid contacts.

The cathode or side with the stripe "must" go towards the positive solenoid activation wire.

Mount the solenoid upright, catch one of the OBC bolts to hold one side of the solenoid and then drill yourself another hole for the other side. Install OBC first then install the solenoid so your solenoid bracket is over top of the OBC plate.

The small pig tail is suppose to have an extension that plugs into the controller, that is your programming port pig tail that I said it looked like you were missing.

It may still reach.

The precharge resistor should be attached to the two large posts.
