So besides a dremmel tool, any other tricks of the trade to make this install a little less painful.

Also, how do I decide which size voltage reducer to go with? 10 amp or 25 amp?

I mounted my tail lights on the roof for better visibility. I don't have them hooked up as brake or turn lights, just running lights.

Using my example, I have two 55 watt headlights. My tail light and dome lights are LEDs, so no real load. I also have Xenon wig-wags, and neon lights. I have a stereo, and may add an amplifier and sub-woofer(s). Finally, I have a 12 volt power outlet.

So you add up all the existing and possible future loads, and size it for those. For example, if I were to only size it for my headlights, that's 110 watts, divided by 12 volts, which is just under ten amps. Once I add in my stereo, lights and power outlet, and that doesn't even include a future amplifier, I'm looking at a pretty big one.

So,I have noticed that many kits use LED's for the taillights, but not for the head lights. What's the deal? Are LEDs not bright enough? Seems to me that if you could get some LEDs that were bright enough, then the fact that they draw so little would be beneficial especially if someone wanted to add other accessories.

My HID's are in my "OEM" headlights. I will post up a picture in a minute.
