Re: 2Five speedo/SOC meter in an RXV ??
Old post, I know, but I am wondering same thing. Only problem, I can't find the part number for the Spedo/SOC on the 2Five.
Would not suppose anyone has the parts manual for the 2Five? It would seem you can make an RXV look just like a 2Five provided you knew the part numbers to order. |

I will try to run this past my dealer again.. They are still "new" in the getting parts to stock so part numbers can be tough to get..

We will find out today -- I have one being delivered. I am pretty sure the answer is no.

Re: 2Five speedo/SOC meter in an RXV ??
As I thought, the answer is no. The EZGO speedo is a 8 pin connection. The SOC connection (on electric carts) is 6 pins, of which only 3 are wired/used. I broke out my meter on the SOC wiring: Black is ground, Red is the pack voltage, and Grey is switched 5 volts (powers the SOC meter).
The controller in the 2Five must have a speed sensor that sends the ground speed up to the speedo which is not present on the RXV. Sorry to bring bad news, but at least the question is now officially answered. |
