Thanks fast, I wish I had taken a picture when it was first done and everything was clean. One of my buddies said I should replace that panel with plexiglass

My final wiring for the 2awg wire came from combining a couple diagrams into working for my needs and I am working on doing a new diagram to show how I wired everything including the low amp wiring.

Here is my wiring diagram

I started with a diagram from evdrives (I highly recomend them) and just did a lot of cut/copy and paste to add the second SW202 contactor.

I chose to go with a plug brake but if you are not going with a plug brake you will not have the lug on the controller at A2 and the wire from A2 on the controller to the F/R contactor is not needed.

Enjoy

It may have been an overreaction to all the talk and concerns about stalling a PDS system. Since about 20% of my time is spent off road many times I got into spots where the cart would stall and not climb over a small log or stump and if I could not back up I would get out off the cart pick up the rear and try to move it to a clean spot. After getting pulled out of trouble several times by series carts and actually killing my motor I wanting a lot more torque and not wanting to loose any of the speed I was used to I decided to go with the EMP 2 speed motor, now I can go anywhere a 2 wheel drive 4wheeler can go and I still have a top speed of 29mph

Here is a better picture showing all mounting locations. The controller bracket just needs to be slid back from its original location and remounted. The main solenoid is bolted to the c-channel that the roof connects to then I bolted a piece of 1"x2"x1/8" angle (actually started as a piece of 2x2 angle) along the bottom of that c-channel and the sw202s are bolted to this piece of angle so they would be low enough to put the access panel back on. This location puts them in the cavity just above the motor.
