Anyway I had someone check it and it's pulling about 34 to 35 amps and each battery is 4 to 6 Volts

Here is a chart showing voltage vs State of charge.
6.37V (after 12 hours rest) is fully charged.
6.00V would be <50% and 4.00 is off the bottom of the chart.

All those batteries are doing is adding weight to the cart.

So then I'm guessing the ones that are under 6 volts are bad? Do I have to replace all of them or can I just replace the bad ones?

It would be best to replace them all.

If that isn't possible to do at the present, try to find used batteries the same AH rating and age as the bad ones.
That will only be a temporary fix, since the "good" batteries are most likely the same age and have been subjected to the same abuse as the bad ones and it is only a matter of time before they fail completely also.

Actually, the "good' batteries aren't good unless they can be charged up to something closely approaching 6.37V after a 12 hour rest, so you may not have any "good" batteries.
