Trace that green wire. Should go to the middle battery in the back row and connect to it's positive connection if I remember correctly. The negative connection is on one of the adjacent batteries. I've moved the 12v part of the factory harness to a separate battery so I can't remember exactly. Wiring diagram should be in the stickies somewhere.

yep your negative will go to the main negative battery..which is the one beside it closest to the pax side of the car
