Default No rev buzzer and intermittent click no go

Hello to all, not sure what year ezgo this is can only find a serial # which is 2293734. No plate in glove box. Owner/neighbor thinks it is an 07.
36V FW switch is on the dash PDS.
1. No back up buzzer found the red wire disconected at the buzzer under dash reconnected and still no buzzer. I'll hook my meter to the buzzer wires and see if I getv a reading when in rev.
2. Sometimes clicks but no go.

While tracing the red wire from buzzer found this (pic below) so from the heat damage I'm guessing a new solenoid is in order. Or is there some other problem causing the heat?

Looks like a loose connection caused some good heat damage...I would replace main positive wire to solenoid, solenoid, and any of the smaller wiring that has heat damage as preventative maint measure...
