Started my 97 txt rebuild
I just started my 97 txt rebuild. Got just about everything off the frame except running gear. Power washed it. Not too much rust. Nothing that has to replaed. I have to clean up the rust and then paint the frame.
It is going to be stock for now. When I bought it it had brand new 12v deep cycle batteries. I don't have enough money to buy 6 6v batteries. So I am going to buy 3 more 12v deep cycle batteries and run 2 parallel banks in series to give me my 36v. I can get the 3 12v deep cycle for about $270.00. I am sure some people will not like this idea, but I have to do what I have to do. Bob T |

Looks like a good, if not familiar, start. Enjoy yourself.
