Default 1991 Marathon problem

Here's my scenario:

Cart was running fine in April, but Napa batteries were 6 years old and would only give me about 30-45 minutes of ride time.

I tried refurbishing them before jumping into another set, but I dumped way too much acid out and added too much Epsom salt and distilled water mix. When I plugged my charger in, the guage immediately flew all the way over to the right and the 20 minutes following it slowly just went down to zero. Cart would not move after that and every time I plugged the charger in after that, it would do nothing.

Yesterday:

I took a chance and bought some Trojan 105's and put them in. When I hooked the charger to them it acted normal charging by the gauge going half way and charging steady. It used to cut off automatically when they were charged, but was still charging this morning after 9 hours (gauge still around halfway mark.

However, cart will not move.
Voltage on all batteries show from 6.05-6.15 with the exception of 1 that is at 5.7. I have an individual charger as well that I will hook up to that battery this evening, but shouldn't I get at least some response.

Where do I go from here?

They were used, but from a cart I know and physically rode in yesterday. Negative terminal reads C9 which should be a born date of 3/2009. They were $200 and I'm selling my old Napa batteries for $90 this evening so it's a $110 chance. However, I should be getting some kind of cart response, just dont get it because it ran fine before I started the battery fiasco!

check and make sure against a wiring diagram to make sure everything is hooked up correctly, if so I would try jumping the solenoid as it may be stuck shut from sitting so long...

I've looked over my wiring again and again. Even matched it with this diagram I found on this site. How do I jump the solenoid?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1343772948.079609.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1343772972.585134.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1343772988.040668.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1343773007.800664.jpg
I just got home and the charger was still going so I unplugged it. Supposed to shut off when fully charged. I'm gonna put a slow charge on the one battery that was low overnight.

Ok here's how you jump solenoid...raise rear tires off the ground, take the black cover in between your batteries off, under that you will see the solenoid, put a wire across the two large post and hit pedal, if cart moves= bad solenoid ;)

Did you just lay it on there or bolt it on there? You need good solid contact.
