Heres my top w/ two coats of adhesion promoter and two coats of krylon fusion. Then im gonna flip it over and do the same thing.

I didnt sand mine. I cleaned it good with rubbing alcohol. You can also use surface cleaner from like an auto paint store. I wouldnt call it sanding but i used a green scotchbrite pad to get all the dirt and the elements when i begain.

I usually paint all of the tops black on the hunting carts I build. I have tried plastic paints but prefer the rustoleum truck bed liner spray. Menards sells it for around 5 bucks a can. It takes at least a can per side. Use a scuff pad to rough it up good before you coat it.

Ive had good luck with the duplicolor truck bedliner spray myself. If this dont hold up thats my next option. So far so good.

I painted mine in the spray booth when I did my body..
Sand all the rough edges,prime and paint with quality paint..
