Tire wobble issue

I have a 97 DCS lifted with 22-10-10 ITP All Trail XLT tires. The right rear has a slight wobble. It isn't real noticeable as far as vibration but it is visually noticeable. I jacked the cart up and ran it and the wheel is running true but it appears that the tire is seated crooked on the wheel. Is it possible that the tire is not seated properly even though it is holding air just fine?

Yes! Let the air back out and you'll be able to see if any part of the bead is not seated. Never use more air than the tire specifies to " pop " the beads! If it will not seat, break down both beads and put tire lubricant on both the rim and tire and try again. They can be a booger sometimes!
