Re: 91 that you can hear firing, but wont go
did you try to unplug the kill wire at the engine ? doing this will separate all the kill switches from the engine. if it still acts up then its not switches. if it doesn't act up then you can test switches and check wires.

Re: 91 that you can hear firing, but wont go
I guess I am confused what I need to unplug for the kill switch. Do I just unplug wires on the bottom switch in that black box?

Re: 91 that you can hear firing, but wont go
according to the diagram, I believe so.
also, when you cleaned the carb did you run a small wire through the main jet ? I use a torch tip cleaner, sometimes it gets a build up around the hole making it small enough to run a little lean , I don't ream it bigger, just get the film off. |

Re: 91 that you can hear firing, but wont go
After doing a compression check we were only at 110. So we found out the that valves need to be adjusted.
Does anyone know how to adjust valves on a 92 club car? |

If it's a 1991 like you said originally, 110 is a good compression reading. Range for the KF82 is around 85-125psi. |

Darn! I am sorry. You are right it is a 91.
I was told compression needs to be at 160. |
