Good eye SouthCo! I never noticed that! BUT... it's gotta be a typo!
My buddy had a 94 DS and the steering geometry was the same as my 07!

Junior? IF... your contacting BU about your Jakes kit, (because you bought it from them)
you may have difficulties getting an answer back!

Jake's is a BGW sponsor, (and in my opinion, still a very good company)
if you call them directly, they may be able to resolve it sooner then BU could!

I ordered a bunch of parts from a reputable ebay store. I was under the impression that my 94 gasser, because it had the metal dust caps, required this particular kit. I did notice that the label says nothing about a 94 CC in the specs but I just figured it was the dust cap deal.

I phoned Jake's on Tuesday asking for tech help and I wanted to email a picture of what I have so they could confirm the components are right or wrong. The email addy provided was for Gene at Buggies Unlimited. No response as of yet. Not impressed.

Emailed Glen @ Jakes. He responded pretty quick. I sent him the pics as well. He said "the lift is the same geometry as the stock lift". I politely asked him to send me a pic of my installation, finished, if he could.

Seems like it. I sure hope I can get this squared away. It was supposed to be at the cabin already. But I need it to be right.

you need to unbolt that rack and straighten that plate its bolted to. it looks like its kicking the right side forward to me. clamp or bolt something strong and long for leverage and bend it back.
take a measurement from the rack just before the swivel part of it at the end of the bellow to a fixed point in front or behind it and compare it to some one elses on here and well be able to see just how close or far off it is.

I straightened the Delta a bit more. Installed everything as it "should" be. It went together but I'm still not convinced it's right. I'm sure it's hard for them to send a picture of what this is supposed to look like. They've only sold thousands of these things.

Bit of a head scratcher guys. I replaced the rack and tie rod and rod end while doing the lift kit. Can someone walk me thru getting the steering dialed in. Does the rack need to be centered or no? The steering stops on the kit aren't being utilized and the bellows on the rack are going to take beating and ultimately tear. I didn't touch the steering link from stock but the rest of the steering is way off. Help me please. I gotta get this thing dialed in before Wednesday night
