air blowing around carb normal?
fixed one issue i think, but caused another.,
replaced fuel filter and carb. now cart will not tun unless choke pushed, and even then, not running well. activng like fuel starved. i can feel air around the carb, i notice a gap bewtten the engine and the carb insualter( part number 2 in service manual) i didn't notice before, but didnt think to look.. is that normal or am i missing something. i also noticed noted when i changed my line from the crankcase to the fuel pump, it spit oil out. i assume this isnt good either? |

Re: air blowing around carb normal?
Most likely you are missing a gasket between carb and engine or one is defective. you have too much oil in engine. if your cart is lifted six inches dipstick should read half way to add when it is full.
