I can't say much about screwdriver incidents, but I do know this:

If you misuse a 2 foot crowbar and happen to use the sharply curved claw end to hit yourself in the head right on your eyebrow ridge, a few things will happen...

You will bleed alot, and it will go into your eye.

Blood will get all over the floor of your garage and the floor of the house when you walk in to ask your wife for a ride to the hospital.

Your wife will yell at you for bleeding on the freshly mopped floor.

If your wife is an ER nurse (like mine), and you go to her ER, she may go a little light on the injected numbing medicine at the cut site, and you won't know about it until she has started stitching you up.

Just personal experience, not professional expertise

Ouch! It takes a good man to learn from his mistakes. It takes a better one to learn from someone else's.

I use "Learn from the mistakes of others; life's too short to make them all yourself".

At least that was a nice clean cut.
