So this weekend I looked at the pedal and did not see how to get it apart enough to be visable. Underneath is covered by a large pan. Any tips?

remove the floormat to gain access to the pedal assy. first check for a burnt up resistor on the yellow wire at the solenoid. burnt resistor usually means a burnt controller

the resistor looked fine. I followed the wires from the pedal to a curtis pmc controller.

so still having trouble. If the cart sits for more than a day you can hit the pedal and it goes for a few feet. After waiting 5-10 minutes it goes a little farther, wait another 10 minutes and will go for the rest of the day just fine.
