Default low on low end

My cart goes really well all around our camp except 2 hills. they are kinda steep but not ridiculously so. None of the other carts seem to have any problem with them. any ideas?

if its a 36 volt C.C. its just the nature of it other than upgrading it not much is going to help with hills...................................
