There is only one gray wire that comes out of the of the obc. no fuses either. There is a black wire that has a disconnect. ?

Make sure your batteries are wired this way, that the Pos and Neg are wired correctly as well. Your Precedent Plug/OBC doesn't have a fuse like a DS does. See pictures attached.

They are wired correctly. any suggestions?

Cart isn't moving?

Wiring, controller, solenoid, motor... ??

Place in tow, remove main + and - battery leads.

Remove all leads from motor making sure you have a wrench on the bottom nut as well as the top nut of terminal. (see picture attached.)

You can test for continuity or resistance in the motor, A1 to A2 then F1 to F2. If open you have a problem.

May I suggest purchasing a FULL manual for you cart as well.

i,m sorry the grey wire comes out of the back of the charge receptical and runs back to OBC my mistake......that grey wire has a yellow connector where theres a fuse...take it aprt right there and the peice thats connected to charge receptical run the jumper from that peies to neg of last battery...............same battery that OBC cable goes to.............................

I took apart the black wire and jumped it to the ground. The charger will charge in that setup. I guess the OBC is bad. Does the obc control everything from there or is that for just the batteries?

I took apart the gray from the obc and hooked to ground of last batt, charger only clicks on does not charge

Hey Guys, Here is the update. I replaced the OBC today and everything seems to be fine. I'm goint to let my new trojans charge and check in the morning. Thanks again for everybodys help.
