2001 DS accleration
I have a 2001 DS Which I just upgraded. New torque motor,HD FR,Solonoid,Batteries and 4 ga cables. I just took it for its first test run and found that when I push the acclerator all the way to the floor it would cut out. It goes OK till it is floored. Also when in reverse I need to push the pedal almost all the way to the floor to engage. Are these to issues related? Thank you in advance for pointing me in the right trouble shooting direction.

it could be related like an adjustment....what speed system? m-cor or pot?...........................
