Default Fuel Line Help

Can anyone tell me the inside diameter on all the fuel lines on a 1992 G-9 Yamaha.
I have replaced the pump, Carburetor, Fuel filter, spark plug, air filter, fan shroud, battery and it still doesn't like to take off after you stop when riding it . It seems like after you ride it a while and stop it wont take off. So you let it sit for 10 minutes and it is fine. I am stumped and don't know what else to do. Also how do you check and see if it is pulling enough vacuum to run the fuel pump?
