F1 and F2 cables were backward when I took the controller off. It ran for 7 years in that position, so I assume it is correct.

Motor, solenoid, Pedal, e-brake, controller, fuses are all good. Anyone have an idea?

No code then means the system doesn't see a fault. Find someone with a scan tool so you can monitor whats not working, that's going to be the easiest way to figure out your problem. Otherwise, once going over the basics, your just going to start to guess what is wrong with it.

I have a similar problem,but I do have flash code 1-3,I have replaced Hall effect sensor,but still no go,before it stopped had a noise coming from motor when you take off
