Default Electrical issues 05 ds model

New member looking for some help. Cart wont move, turn key, nothing. Batteries are all charged. Did some common sense troubleshooting: have power to ignition switch-reverse buzzer doesn't sound(jumped it, it works)-getting power to motor. No headlights/tail lights--found blown 7a fuse, replaced, lights now own, still no movement. Tried test light, shows power to motor/solenoid/ to and from control box, can't figure out why no movement. Going to take break for today to think where I look next. Any help troubleshooting would be great, Bill

Test light are useless , get a DIGITAL volt meter.

So this is a 05 48 Volt DS model .
Does it have 6 8Volt batteries or 4 12Volt batteries

Get a Voltage reading across entire pack and post results here it should be more than 50 Volts.

It has 6 8volt batteries, I charged each individually to ensure they were charged. They all read over 8 after. I will take reading of all together and post it as i'm heading out there now to put it on blocks. Thank you for your interest in helping by the way, I do appreciate it.

On blocks, key on, in gear, push peddle? No Solenoid click? Check power in and out at the F&R microswitches ?

On blocks, key on, in gear, push peddle? Check power at the two small solenoid terminals 1 is pos the other is neg. Got power there? NO Click? Solenoid bad!
