96 dcs beeps constantly
96 dcs beeps like it is in reverse constantly, solenoid doesn't click
Batteries are good, battery cable are clean and secure Have tried a new controller, with no luck |

Did you check the mico switches on the f/R switch.

Are you sure the controller was good? The constant beep means your controller thinks it is rolling without power. It will have to be either the controller od one of the f/r micro's...

If the accelerator micro switch is bad the solenoid wont work or the ITS.

ARE you saying that it just started doing this AFTER you put a new controller in it? What kind?

these are the same symptons I had Before replaceing the controller, cart was running When it just stopped and smelled hot, I towed it about 200 ft and hooked up the charger after recharging the batteries I placed the run/tow switch in run and the beeping started, I am in the process of rechecking the system now but the first time I checked every thing seemed ok except that it beeped constantly, solonid would not energize, and would not move |
