Of course u would welcome a challenge! Lol. I used one 325mg regular aspirin in each cell for the test. All batteries where Trojan 6v. There were 8 in a 48v pack. Charger was a 3 stage Lester 25amp 48v w/auto shutoff. Batteries read fair across the board before (1.250 @ cel) and good at 1.275 after.
They were improved for a couple of weeks and fell back to where they were before the aspirin after 8 weeks. So I had a marginal temporary benefit.

should you test steroids then?

Steroids are much better acting than asprins ! LoL ! I've hooked 48v up to a couple of older 36v motors. That is a cart on steroids!

Could it hurt the batteries by putting 2 500mg asperins in each cell?

The real question might be could it help...? Since it didn't help to put 375mg , will it help to put 1000mg? Who knows? I know 800mg helps my back tremendously! LOL...
