ParCar D2
Need help/info on the secondary clutch. Is there a bushing in the part that moves . Way to much play and rattles as it opens. I'm told that clutch is a one year model. Can it be refitted? Thanks in advance.

I don't believe that those clutches are one year only. Get yourself a few more posts (think you need 5) so that you can post a pick, even if you have to just post #2, #3 or something. Then post a pic of your specific clutch.
Really, those secondary clutches are pretty basic "Comet" clutches. They shouldn't be making any noise at all so something is up. Here is a link to a bunch of manuals. There are parts diagrams in them. https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/colu...umbia-Service/ |

I think there was was a bushing in the secondary/drivin clutch that wore out. when it opens on high rpm you can see it rattle, not the fix side but the side that moves.
