Default DCX 400 troubleshooting help

I have a friend that has a PDS cart 48volt with a DCX400 controller.

I think the controller might be bad. Here is what I am seeing.

The reverse buzzer does come on with run/tow in run. and in reverse, There is not any solenoid clicking or power on the controller.

Pin 9 and 10 show pack voltage. Pin 5 shows 0 and then pack voltage when pedal is pressed.
Pin 7 shows pack voltage all of the time even with pedal depressed.
Pin 6 shows pack voltage.

Thanks in advance is there anything else it could be?
He is running a quick charge on board charger.

Default Re: DCX 400 troubleshooting help

With full pack voltage on Pins 6, 9 & 10 of the 10-pin connector on top of the DCX controller, the LED should illuminate. (4-green blinks for an ITS type throttle and then steady green)

If not, the controller is likely to be bad.

Does the beeper sound without the F/R being in reverse while the Run/Tow is in Run?

BTW: Pack voltage on Pin-7 indicates the solenoid coil is intact. It should drop to zero and the solenoid ought to click when pedal is pushed.

Looking like a bad controller.....
