Default input shaft seal

Is there a additional seal used on the motor side of the transaxle input shaft when using a sealed bearing?if so what is that part number or where can i get one?

When using a sealed bearing, no additional seal is called for.

Yes devybob, there is an o-ring seal for the motor side bearing. Fits in a machined groove in the gear case and seals the outer bearing race. Prevents fluid from leaking around the sealed bearing.

Not sure on the part#. Have 3 leakers in the shop right now and the o-rings I ordered in were the wrong size.

93210-478B8 is the Yamaha part number for the oring (same used for Ezgo). I was narrowly thinking of the lip seal like used on new Yamaha & ezgos.

Par Car uses a seal in addition to the o-ring. We all know its a huge issue the O ring leaks. Adding the additional seal will help with this.
