88 ezgo gas steering pinion gear What is this and where can I find one

Hi guys, so...funny story. after reading countless post on BGW, I finally started tackling some of my new cart's issues. I had to replace the carb per the previous owner and picked one up from Fleabay. Well, I had the dreaded backfire that I read so many posts on and jacked up the rear wheels with my forklift to dial in the carb. Well the old hydraulic cylinder drifted down while I was fiddling around with the adjustment screw and dragged me about 30 ft until it crashed into the door of my shop. The only injury was to my pride, but the steering in the cart took a blow. It would not move side to side. When I took the steering wheel column of the steering box and pry on the gear it came right up (in 3 pieces), So can one of you fine BGW folks tell me what the gear in the pics attached is called and where can I get one? Does anyone have one used or available? Probably could use the whole steering rack as this one has seen better days. Cart pics and build posts to follow. Thanks guys,

That is a steering reduction gear. Don't ask me how I know. You can find it at almost any online golf cart parts store.
