Default Duracell batteries and DPI charger

I recently bought a set of 8 V Duracell golf cart batteries from Sam’s Club. My dpi charger gives me the option to select for Trojans or exide. Just wondering which one is more closely related to the Duracell, so I can set the charger appropriately.

Which generation DPI charger do you have? I know the Gen 3 chargers use the Trojan charge profile for Duracells.

I have 8v Duracell batteries and a gen IV DPI charger, according to Duracell (via the 800# listed on Sam's club website) they use the same settings as the Trojans.
My gen IV DPI has small switches to change the settings.

OK, now heres my problem. I have hooked up the charger and it is flashing the trouble code for "battery too discharged" but the batteries are all reading between 8.25 and 8.32v. According to what I see, this should be around 70-75% charged. Is there something I need to do to the charger to reset it? Any input is appreciated.

Update:

Found the contact number for DPI, and the guy said it sounded like a faulty unit. Sending a replacement out today.
