If you get pack voltage on all of the J1 pins, push pedal and you ought to have pack voltage on J4 pins 1 & 2.

If you do and solenoid doesn't click when pedal is pushed, the controller is bad.

If so, replace it with an Alltrax XCT48400-PDS or larger.

Yes I have full pack voltage on 1&2 J4. Still no solenoid click when pedal pushed.

That means the controller is being told to apply B- to the blue wire on the solenoid and it isn't doing what it is being told, so the controller is defective.

Ok thanks so much for the help! I’ll take a look at the Alltrax.

Default 36v TXT in limp mode after towing

Ok so I went the cheap way out and got a rebuilt controller. Installed and still nothing. I tested the rebuilt controller with same results as previous. And the reverse buzzer is on F and R.

The voltage measurements made with the original PDS controller indicated the controller was be told to energize the solenoid and wasn't doing it, so the controller is bad.

If the "rebuilt" controller has the same voltage readings, it is bad.

Rebuilt more correctly means repaired. Maybe one with bad solenoid activation circuitry had other problems that were repaired and it slipped through the QA, it there was a QA.

Attached are a couple PDS controller check out procedures.
