All voltage in pins 1-4 test like you listed.
This was testing the ITS right. So I am still looking at a controller.

Yes, this procedure tests the ITS so it seems to be OK.

Again thanks for your help with this. I know most on BGW are not a big fan of a rebuilt controller. I was thinking about sending it to FSIP. I will have time to think about it an look at all my options going to Hatteras, NC for 10 days. Will up date when I get this cart running.

It's not so much we're not fans it's just that Alltrax has been making tougher and far more capable controllers that direct-fit in.

With more testing it looks like the motor is bad also. Going to just keep it for parts. What is left of it.
