Re: 1995 club car ds needs half pedal to go, plus slow
I wish I had have started working on this when they was briefly at my house in my home garage. Now that I have brought it to the cottage which requires removing the roof and windshield to fit it in my enclosed trailer it is not as easy to work on at the cottage with limited tools instead of at my fully-equipped shop 3 hours away. I didn't know anything about golf carts and it seemed to have been working so I took it up there. Now I see everyone else's seems much faster.

Any special tools you guys think I should bring with me to help diagnose things? I have up at the cottage a basic socket set + vice grips pliers side cutters multi tool and digital multimeter. Anything else i should bring?

Re: 1995 club car ds needs half pedal to go, plus slow
I could name a hundred things you might need including spare solenoid(s) and micro-switches. But at a minimum you should have a floor jack, wire, connectors, wrenches, screwdrivers, electrical tape and PB Blaster or something similar.
When I'm not at my shop I carry all these things and a lot more and still have to go buy stuff. |
