I added a few more details to the last post.

The meter is fine, you will need to run a separate negative wire to it.

The conversion harness you have was not properly installed, but not a big deal to fix it.

Disconnect and tape the yellow/black wire on the dash as it can not be used.

Cut the purple wire near the 3-pin speed sensor connector and run the speed sensor side of the purple wire directly to controller B-.

Tape the side of the purple wire going into the harness as it will not be used.

Your relay activation wires are fine.

Roger that - thanks! I just bought the cart used. They said it had a high speed motor in it which I’m guessing was wrong and they didn’t know what they were talking about... it just has an aftermarket controller and solenoid from what I’m reading. First cart so this is all new to me... Thanks again!
