V guide switch 94 club car
I bought a 94 club car that had been butchered. I don't know where the micro switch wires go that come out of the v glide switch.Does one wire go to solinoid and one to ground. It is very hard to get wiring diagrams that match up to what I'm looking at.

Re: V guide switch 94 club car
Blue wire should be the (+) supply from the ignition key switch. Green / white wire goes to a microswitch at the forward / reverse, then white w/ black tracer on to the solenoid - hot side of the activation circuit.

Re: V guide switch 94 club car
Either someone has changed wiring (quite possible on a 25+ year old cart) or the blue is just so dirty it looks black (seen that many times too). Regardless of color, that's the power path to the activation side of the solenoid. Ignition switch, v-glide micro, fwd/rvs micro, solenoid.

Re: V guide switch 94 club car
It is a 36 volt. I have replaced all wiring components. F/R switch, selinoid, v glide switch and ignition switch. It is a project car but not running after all of that. I'm afraid that maybe the motor is bad. I don't have any info on the last time cart ran.

Re: V guide switch 94 club car
Thanks for the wiring diagram budule. That is exactly the way I have it wired. I guess the motor is not well.

Re: V guide switch 94 club car
Test the motor with a 12-24 volt source. Usually it is not the motor.
