Sounds like a series cart. Where is the Forward and Reverse switch located?
If it is located below the seat and DOES NOT have a run/tow switch on the controller cover, it is a series cart If it is located on the dash and it DOES have a RUN/TOW switch on the controller cover, then it is a PDS (Precision Drive System) cart. |

Series carts have the forward/reverse control by the feet...the PDS carts have the toggle switch on the dash by the key. This began in 2000...PDS that is. They are both TXT models.

There are no cheap ways to run 25mph in a series cart. To reach 25 mph you will need to make some serious upgrades.

Converting a series to PDS is not easy or cheap. Scotty will tell you exactly what you need. He knows much more than I do and has the best prices and great service.
