Remove the board and google around for the relay, I can't remember where I got mine but there were lots of places.

ok I removed the board & I did do a search for the relay & I found one from Di-gi Key corp. for 3.00 buck + shipping 2.41 for a total of 5.41 bucks what a bargan. I desoldered it from the board waiting on the new relay & let see what happens. ill keep you posted

I know this is an old thread but having the same problem. Only, I have ordered 2 boards they keep sending a new revised one and it is not working in my charger, it looks different even. I can put a jump wire on and it starts humming. Everything else checked out ok. Any ideas, I can't seem to find the original board.
