True. But they advertise these carts as state of the art and claim developed by dealers after years of experience. If Yamaha, Club Car, Ezgo.... All have better ride, then they could easily do it or at least offer an upgrade. You don't need to go larger than stock tires on any of these other carts for a decent ride. All 3 I named also use same suspension on lead acid battery carts as they do for optional lithium and they ride fine either way. It's not rocket science, just need to have an engineer, mechanic, or tinkerer figure it out.
