Grinding/Creaking sound from rear wheel (video)

1995 EZGO Medalist

I have a grinding/creaking sound coming from my rear driver side wheel. Whats odd is that it only occurs when foot is off the gas pedal.

In the following video, you can hear it sounds normal during acceleration, then grind while I am coasting with foot off gas.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Replace both rear wheel bearings and seals.
