Wink Re: 2013 CAW Spring Rally

Marathon Man, WW,
Didn't move on, sorry just had to go eat with friends.
Mine 72 volts, Bloke was 48, I had the 48 but my daughter didn't go so it was used just around the parking lot. The rest were gas.
Well back in March we had I think 5 or 6 electric's that went all day.
My 72 volt cart went 30 miles on Saturday and the 48 volt my daught drove went about the same. We both climbed mammoth hill on our own power. I stayed until they got Hookm' cart loaded on the trailer which was about 2 hrs out in the trails waiting for him to return. Mine went dead right as we got to the parking lot. We played around hookm' cart in it while we waited though!

If your battery pack is good then you shouldn't have any problems riding all day. Mine are 1 year old and the 48's were brand new back in Feb of this year.

Our kids wont get out of school up north here in our area until the end of June like the 21st. I will try to get as many people from my area interested in going.

This past years dates worked great for us and we didnt mind the heat. As long as we were moving on the trails the heat wasnt a problem.

They will be new t-875's. Waiting till the last minute to buy them. Maybe till the first of the year. Using 48 volts for testing.

Thanks Andy. I was sure your carts were electrics. But I did not want to answer him till I knew for sure.

The last event I made up there I believe was about a 50/50 split. Most of the sparkys made it all day. A few others had "issues". But a few of the gassers had issues as well. Most of your run time just depends on how hard you want to push the cart. Most of the trails were fine but we ran across a few that would have you pulling foam out of you seat Make sure your brakes are working well
