Default HELP: Ran Golf Cart and took off with Charger Recepticle hooked up

I keep my golf cart at my brothers and his 2 year old somehow got the key, turned it on, put it in forward and drove off from the garage! Luckily she wasn't hurt partly due to the fact she only made it 5 feet because the charger was hooked up.

The charger got ripped out of the receptacle and that will need replaced. Now the question is, that the golf cart wont start? Any ideas? Any fuses I should look for?

I haven't seen the damage myself yet, just wondering before I'm able to go see it, what I should look for?

The primary + feed for the ignition and solenoid comes from the receptacle.
Check this source.

I checked that and still not getting power. Is there some type of fuse that could have been blown when the gas pedal was pushed with the charger running?

I went and took a look last night and the plastic handle of the charger broke right in 1/2. The receiving end of the charger only got pulled out of the pop rivets, the wires didn't seem to even get damaged at all. Not sure what is going on? There is no power to the LED battery meter either.

I decided to take it to a cart repair shop and let them have a look at it.

Sounds like you lost the ignition circuit as I said earlier - the shop will figure it out in no time

You can buy just the switch. I had an extra till I got stuck 100 ft from driveway and bypassed that THING.

I added a kill switch, so no matter who or what happens, it will not move!
