Yet, another question about ez go year of manufacture

My cart was purchased with the serial tag in the glove box removed. Where else can I determine my carts model year?

Lift the black plastic cover over the back three batteries and you might find a serial number label.

Serial number is stamped in the frame in various locations on some carts.

The following only narrows the year down to a range of years:

Does it have a metal or plastic body.
Does the control wiring harness plug directly into the DCX controller, or is there and adapter assembly used.
Post a picture of the front of cart showing the axle and steering mechanism.

I also don't see a FnR handle so guessing it is on the dash as a rocker switch ? So 2001 or newer probably..

The picture of the yellow cart is it. It s a PDS and the controller plugs into the dcx. It is aplastic body but the previous owner replaced the ez go body with an after market one. I'll look around for a serial number.

other place to look for a SN sticker is on the frame rail near the gas pedal.

Looked all over, could not find a sticker anywhere. Even looked for stamped in numbers and could not locate.

JohnnieB- to answer your questions - the body is an after market fiberglass.
The wiring harness plugs straight into the controller. And I've posted a pic of the steering mechanism. I'm thinking 2005 or newer. I appreciate the help.

If the carts control wiring harness plugs straight into the 10-pin connector on top of the DCX controller, it is a DCS. A PDS to DCX adapter is needed for the multiple plugs of the control wiring harness of a PDS cart to connect to a DCX controller.

If it is a DCS, it is pre-2000, but the steering mechanism is from a Jan-2001 or later cart.
