Default 2014 EZGO Rear Leaf Springs

My cart has a lean to the drivers side. Measuring from the front shackle to the axle both sides are the same length. Measuring from the front to the top of the rear shackle they are an inch different. Passenger side is longer and the shackle sits straight up and down. Drivers side the shackle is at an angle and makes the cart lean. Is this normal? Are the leaf springs diffferent sizes in length?
