Carryall 272 engine rattle noise at to speed
When I go up to near to speed on completely stock 2000 club car carryall 272 the engine starts to get loud and start hearing a kind of rattle... Is this normal?

is the drive belt frayed or streached ?
Scotch the front, put it on jack stands, seat off, rev it to max and see if it's from engine, clutch, brakes ? |

All looks fine accept my belt is kind of lose. May need new one. Where would I get one?
