running rough
When in forward it cough's at slow speeds. It is like it is getting too much fuel.. at full or 3/4 throttle it runs fine, but slower it hesitates. What can Ii do. I added a fuel cleaner thinking it might be dirty from sitting. all help is appreciated.

1991, mixes oil separately, new gas, Pedal cable adjustment bolt seems to be none adjustable. or it is really hard to turn.

I was thinking maybe crank seals? |
