Wondering how to take the clutch apart so you can rebuild it. Do you have to have special tools Thanks

Thanks for the posting. I was just going to ask the same question. Will things pop off once the cover is taken off? I think my clutch is worn. My belt isn't riding up as far as it used to.

That's the actual sheave wear. There is really nothing you can do about that except buy a new sliding sheave. But then again, why buy that only when you can get a whole new clutch with all new internal parts for not much more.
