Default Icon i40L rear clunking noise

I was out today a noticed a rear clunking noise coming from the passenger side rear. Did some quick troubleshooting and it seems it’s coming from the coil over in the rear on that side. Cart only has 200 miles on it. Anyone else experience this issue?

Is the plastic wheel housing interfering with the shock coil when compressing and decompressing? Mine did that once when I had 2 large adults riding on the back of my I40L.

It’s only why the cart moves side to side ... if I shake the cart with the rear grab bar back and forth I can hear something clunking around ... I thought it was the coilover but I am not 100% sure now. I do get it on bumpy roads .. that’s when I first noticed it.

Did you end up figuring out what it was? I’m having the same issue on mine.

Has anybody figured this out? I just picked up a 23 and it started doing the same thing.

Yes. Lady in my area had the same problem. I replaced the rear shocks. Contacted ICON they sent replacement under warranty directly to her. . She had gone to dealer numerous times and they told her was normal. She paid $75 to the dealer every time she had a warranty claim. Crazy.
