You have got a NPX4844EZ, which uses the stock wiring harness, so the control wiring is different that the NPX without the EZ suffix.

I looked on the Alltrax website, they don't have a schematic for a NPXxxxxEZ, but you can use a schematic for a stock series cart to troubleshoot the control wiring.

It's which ever carts u sells that fits my cart. Now that it's staying dead I hope I can find the issue. Before it would start working everytime I'd try to figure this out. What should I have at pin 4? Pack voltage? And if it's not there so I then go to the solenoid stud that it's connected to and check what there?

Yep, pack voltage on Pin-4 and on the small solenoid terminal with the two red wires attached.

Since the solenoid is clicking, you have voltage on the terminal with the red wires attached, and you also have B- on the other small terminal, so that pretty much narrows it down to a bad red wire between the solenoid small terminal and Pin-3, or a bad controller.

To get a NPX....EZ controller to power up, all that is needed is B- on the B- terminal and B+ on Pin-4.

And once again when I go out to check voltage it works... I just went ahead and order the wiring harness that goes from controller to solenoid to throttle connection. The red wire that goes from solenoid to the controller looked sketchy anyway. Also ran new wire from switch. The blue and green ones

got wire harness from ez go today. hooked it up and nothing happens... Have voltage on red wire at controller, solenoid clicks... Guess its a bad controller. Will call Altrax in the morning but it looks like I'm screwed. It has a 2 year warranty and I bought it Oct. 2012.

Just called Alltrax and they confirmed bad controller which sucks but they are warrantying it so they rock IMO.... 2 year warranty I got it in Oct 2012 it was made 9-6-12 and the guy told me they may go 6 months past the mfg date so I may be out a little shipping $$ but its better than 400$... My frustration in this process was the fact that it would work then quit then work again and I thought that every time I touched something that was the issue. I did learn some things in this process

So the power supply on the controller went bad so Alltrax is sending a new one. Was wondering if my set up ( lift tires back seat ) could have caused this? Should I try to sell it and get a larger one or what?
