This is what I got :
With the (+) on B- and (-) on M-

-47.4 V
-5.0 V with the pedal pushed just enough for solenoid to click
0.0 with the pedal all the way down ..

You've got an open, or a very high resistance contact, connection or cable someplace between M- on the controller and the main positive terminal on the battery pack.

The F/R switch is the most likely suspect, but it could be motor brushes, or several other things.

When pedal is pushed just far enough for solenoid to click, you should have full pack voltage on all four of the studs on the F/R switch assembly.

FWIW: I usually connect the minus test lead to the B- terminal, but all connecting it the other way does is change the polarity sign on the meter.

I tightened up on the center nut on F/R switch ..

Wait!!!!.......Even though I "guessed" that he had the wrong TXT cart.....my Dx was still right on the money!!! Hey.....even blind squirrels find acorns!! Well....enough to stay alive long enough....to get swooped up and eaten by hawks!!!
