So the last I heard Navitas said there was a glitch and that they were going to try and come back this month some time. I haven't heard anything else. I am still looking for 30ish mph. So with the ezgo controller and 2 gauge wires I should be able to achieve this?

Bob is correct. I have a new RXV put 2 gauge cables on it tweaked the stock controller and I get 33mph no problem at all. Have been running it now for 4 months.

I bit the bullet and ordered the 600A controller from Navitas yesterday afternoon. It is still in beta testing. Software updates are delivered via Bluetooth from your phone to the controller. I'm willing to accept the risk for the reward. I should have it in a week or so. I'll install it in my cart and keep you all posted!

Just finished the install on my Navitas TAC controller! I haven’t had a chance to drive it just a quick forward and reverse in the garage. I’m going to road test it tomorrow!

andrew, There might be a fair amount of interest in your experience. Might be best for future readers to start a new thread if you are so inclined. Documentation of your install would be greatly appreciated by present and future members, I'm sure. Of interest will be: ease of installation and any complications, performance compared to stock controller, phone app capabilities, etc.
We also hope you don't install this and then leave us. Maybe you could check in from time to time months or even years down the road to let us know how its going. You might find something after living with it for a time that surprises you.

Canada here. I had the Navitas 600 AMP controller installed on my 2009 RXV last month. The combination of the 6 inch lift plus the 23" knobby tires plus the new controller plus the OTF (On The Fly) controller makes this thing a BEAST for tooling around the snowy trails in the forest. The OTF controller gives you Variable Acceleration, Variable Regen and Variable Speed control and the Bluetooth connected Dashboard with your phone is simply icing on the cake:thumb:

Can you program the controller from the phone app or is it just a monitor.?
Also, can you lock the cart with the app? Meaning can you shut off the controller so you need the phone to turn it back on.
